LA PERLA held a gorgeous new fashion show and cocktail party at the Italian Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. The event was hosted by the first Italian ambassador to Japan, Mr Daniele Bosio, and was specially chosen to celebrate the anniversary of the friendship between the friendship gardens in the history. At the fashionable LA Perla show, guests can sip a glass of wine while watching the retro and gorgeous 2013 Spring Summer Collection.

Beatriz Ferretti, director of global communications at La Perla, presented the first branded hardcover video book "Lingerie & Desire" by LA PERLA, published by renowned publisher RIZZOLI. The book explores the silhouette of the female world through a series of classic images of different brands representing different styles, trends and keynotes. The dinner was culminating in the model's entrance to the show's exquisite vintage lingerie, and these fine lingerie were also included in the book.

This spring and summer work was inspired by Il Gattopardo, the Italian screenwriter Tomasi di Lampedusa. The film is based on the noble family of the 19th century in Sicily. The Sicilian '800 style is a spark that ignites the Spring-Summer collection, cleverly blending classic and modern, and embodies the timeless elegance of the classic powers to make a deep impression.
