Thermore launches "next generation" smart insulation technology

Thermal insulation specialist Thermore has introduced a new generation of "smart insulation" technology that allows the wearer to maintain temperature over a wide range.

Tests in independent laboratories have shown that the new thermal booster provides extra warmth, the weather is getting colder, and it can rise by 20% at lower temperatures.

Regardless of the outside temperature, conventional or synthetic polyester fillers provide the same amount of thermal storage insulation, while hot packs, heated batteries or phase change materials reduce their effectiveness over time.

In contrast, Thermor says that as long as the temperature remains low, the effect of hot pressurization is maintained. And if the temperature rises, it will automatically re-adjust to the wearer's comfortable state.

Insulation performance is suitable for two different weights to meet the requirements of the maximum temperature range. Thermore's proprietary anti-fibril transfer effect is consistent and long-lasting, even after multiple wash cycles and heavy wear.
