Environmentally-friendly functional staple fibers and high-performance fibers

1) Cool white products - with good whiteness, a certain degree of anti-ultraviolet effect, safety and environmental protection (additives through the US FDA certification), has formed a series of products such as fabrics, non-wovens and sewing threads to meet the needs of different end users .

2) Color yarn - excellent color fastness, good spinnability, product safety and environmental protection. At the same time, in order to meet the user's demand for the strength of colored silk products, through the technology upgrade, the production of high-strength (black) colored silk products has also been achieved, and the strength can be increased by 20% to reach the intensity level of the original white product.

3) Ultra-high strength - using a special process, product strength up to 7.0cN/dtex, suitable for the production of high-strength and wear-resistant fabrics.

4) Antimicrobial staple fiber - Using a safe and reliable antibacterial agent, the product is cost-effective and can effectively inhibit bacteria, mold and other microorganisms from multiplying on the surface of the fiber, and the antibacterial rate can reach 99.9%.

5) Environmental Health and Health Spurs - Product characteristics are environmental protection and health. Accumulation of heavy metals in the human body will exceed the limits to which the human body can tolerate. It will cause harm to human body poisoning. The content of heavy metal cesium in conventional products is about 4ppm, although it meets the requirements of eco-textiles. They are silver-based antimicrobial fibers such as silver-based antimicrobial nylon, silver-based antimicrobial polyester, and silver-based antimicrobial polypropylene. Antibacterial fibers can be widely used in home textiles, underwear, sweatshirts, etc., especially for the elderly, pregnant women and infants and young children. Clothes made of this kind of fiber have good antibacterial properties and can resist the attachment of bacteria on the clothes, thereby keeping people from invading the bacteria. The antibacterial fiber's resistance and killing effect to bacteria is not a one-time temporary effect, but a long-term efficacy of several weeks to several years. This long-term antibacterial property is due to its built-in design, which enables the antimicrobial agent to slowly elute, forming a zone of inhibition on the surface of the fiber.
