According to a report released by the domestic sports and apparel company Pick Sports, as of September 30, 2012, its authorized operating retail outlets in China were 6,739, a decrease of 1067 compared with the end of last year.

The data shows that several other domestic sports and apparel companies have also experienced a decrease in retail outlets.

The Peak Sports announcement shows that the company's ordering situation is not optimistic. In the second quarter of 2013, the total amount of order orders in the second quarter was down from 20% to 30% compared with the same quarter of 2012.

Since the beginning of this year, the number of retail outlets of Peak has decreased a lot. As of June 30, the number of retail outlets of the Group was 7,059, which was 464 fewer than three months ago. From the 30th of June to the 30th of September, Peak retail outlets closed another 320.

Under the premise of a sluggish domestic apparel industry, the size of sportswear brands has also shrunk. For example, the total number of ANTA Sports stores has decreased by 110 this year. In fact, starting last year, in response to the increase in inventories, many domestic well-known sports and apparel brands, including Li Ning, have closed many stores and contracted.
