The 22-meter-long cross-stitch used the more than 30,000 meters of Liu Yunfeng's "Painting on the River" map. It was 22 meters long and 1 meter wide. It cost 5,000 yuan to purchase raw materials (cloths, lines, and reference maps).

Liu Yunfeng said that many people are now embroidering cross-stitch, and more and more embroidered "Ching Ming Riverside map." “Most people only embroider the most classic part of the Hongqiao Bridge in the Qingming River Map, mostly about 6 meters.”

"The quality of cross-stitch, a look at the color, the second to see the flatness." Liu Yunfeng said that she embroidered this panorama, with 50 colors, shared the 36582-meter embroidered thread, a total of 2438800 needles.

Mr. Zhang, owner of a cross-stitch shop on the Huanghe Road in Zhengzhou City, said that there are many characters, animals and plants in the "Ping Qing Ming Shang He Tu Tu", and each person must use three or four colors, which makes many cross-stitch lovers daunting. Liu Yunfeng belongs to embroidery. Cross stitch is rich in color. "There are very few people who can embroider complete maps. We also sell less full maps. The use of 10 scissors for embroidering the complete picture of this piece of the "Riverside View of Qingming River" panorama was started at the beginning of 2007. At that time, Liu Yunfeng saw on television a Zhengzhou person working in New Zealand selling cross-stitch embroidery on the Qingming River at the local level. He was welcomed by foreigners and he had the idea of ​​embroidering this “national treasure” painting.

A month ago, Liu Yunfeng finally embroidered the last stitch. "There are people around to exchange experiences, to see such a long embroidery, just say, 'I'm scared to see'."

Liu Yunfeng said that the most important thing to be able to embroider this panorama is to be patient. Because the cross-stitch was too long, the cross-stitch's exclusive embroidery frame could not support her. She had no choice but to raise the ground floor in the living room, spread the cloth on the ground and embroider it, and roll it up every one meter.

Liu Yunfeng, a housewife, completed her work as soon as possible. She spent more than 10 hours a day embroidering for five years.

Five years later, light scissors and Liu Yunfeng were used 10 times, and the traces of their hands being punctured were still clearly visible. "The light is not good in the evening, and sometimes it's too difficult to tie it."

Liu Yunfeng said that this cross stitch can be used as a scroll, which can be stored and used for trading. “Last year I saw in the newspaper a cross-stitch 18-meter-long cross-stitch on the Qingming River in Henan Province was exhibited at the World Expo. It was worth more than 30 million yuan at the time.”
